Civil Lines Corporate Plaza
A public-facing plaza with permeable paving, seasonal colour beds and a canopy walk linking three office blocks.
A plaza that drains
The existing forecourt shed almost all its rainfall to the municipal drain. The new surface is permeable across roughly two-thirds of its area, with the remaining fall directed into planted infiltration beds along the canopy walk.
Linking three blocks
A shaded walk stitches the three office buildings together, replacing what had been an unshaded crossing that nobody used between March and October.
